IPRCC adopts a director-accountability system under the guidance of BOT.The BOT is the governing and decision-making body,composed of representatives from related agencies,including Chinese Government agencies,UNDP and other international organizations.A Board of Advisors is to be established under the BOT.It comprises of famous experts who provide advice and expertise in research and training.TheManaging Director,responsible for daily management,is to be appointed by the BOT.The Chief Technical Advisor is responsible for assisting the Managing Director in directing the research on poverty theory and policy.There are five divisions under IPRCC wiht respective functions of conducting applied research on poveryt issues,planning programs,organizing international events,providing training and collecting and processing poverty data and literature.
