On April 10, 2006, the Seminar on Poverty Analysis & Data Initiative—Chinese Mechanism & Evaluating the Impact of Projects and Programs jointly hosted by IPRCC and WBI was launched in Beijing. Foreign Capital Project Management Center under State Council Leading Group Office, Jiangxi Provincial Office of Poverty Alleviation and GTZ co-hosted the seminar. Wang Guoliang, Deputy Director of LGOP, Shahid Khandker, Lead Economist of World Bank Institute and Liu Fangyu, Division Chief of Technical Assistance, International Department of Finance Ministry were invited to address the seminar.
