Managing Director of IPRCC: Zhang Lei

Graduated as a master of Economics,he once worked in the LGOP,the Ministry of Agriculture and the Henan Provincial Government.He became a member of LGOP Leading Body and assumed the post of Director General of  Department of Finance and Planning,LGOP in 2002.He was appointed Managing Director of  IPRCC in January 2006.
