　　October 28, 2005, Zhang Lei, Managing Director of IPRCC held a talk with T. Palanivel, Regional Programme Coordinator & Pro-Poor Policy Advisor. They introduced the priorities of each organization and reached a consensus on co-hosting a seminar on Best Practice of Poverty Reduction next year.
